Session Agreement
Please read the following terms and conditions below carefully and print a copy for your own records. If there are any questions or clarifications, please contact Michelle Schnader Photography prior to the session.
Session Agreement:
1: Session Fee: The session fee is non-refundable and due at the time of booking. This fee will be applied to the package and secures the session for a designated location/time that is agreed to by both the client and Michelle Schnader Photography. In the event that a session needs to be rescheduled, the session fee will be good for up to 15 months from which the original session was scheduled.
Photography by Michelle reserves the right to re-schedule sessions for reasons of health, weather, emergency, etc. If there is an illness or emergency had by the client or Michelle Schnader Photography, the session will be rescheduled for another date during your stay or will be good for up to 15 months from the original session date at Michelle Schnader Photography’s discretion.
2: Any additional fees or expenses you may incur before, during or after sessions are your responsibility and will not be discounted from the price of the session. Michelle Schnader Photography will not be responsible for paying travel expenses, fees to enter locations for photography sessions, meals, or any other expense the client may incur as a result of the photography session.
3: In the unlikely event of an unforeseen occurrence arises during a photography session resulting in damage to property or person, Michelle Schnader Photography will not be held responsible. By signing this agreement, you waive all rights to damages from Michelle Schnader Photography. All sessions are done at your own risk and proper attention and care must be taken by all parties. If you are not comfortable taking pictures within a certain location, climate, or in a certain pose, please indicate this before your session.
Proofing and Digital Downloads:
1: Within 2 weeks of the session, a gallery of images will be displayed in a password protected gallery for up to 10 business days. During this time, you shall pick the allotted images in your package that are to be edited and processed. Once the choices have been made for edit, Michelle Schnader Photography will begin the processing. The final high resolution downloads will be provided in a new gallery. Turn around times (from session to final downloads) vary from 2-4 weeks depending on time of year.
2: As the client, you have printing rights for the images provided to you. These printing rights are for personal use only and not to be submitted for publication or advertising without permission from the copyright owner, Michelle Schnader Photography.
Creativity and Copyright:
1: You give Photography by Michelle unrestricted right and permission to copyright and use, re-use, publish, and republish these images without restriction as to changes or transformations, or reproduction in color or otherwise, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever.
2: All photographs are the protected copyright of Michelle Schnader Photography and may be used at discretion in whole, part, composite, or any other form, medium, or enterprise. Photographs may be distributed, reprinted, or reproduced with the company’s trademarked logo to third-parties at the discretion of Michelle Schnader Photography.
